RETURN / REFUND POLICY - First, we regret that you had any problems with our product.  We welcome your comments, but they are not necessary to get a refund.  Please send us your name, address, and phone number so we can credit your account or send you a check.  You do NOT need to return the Barreltop, simply cut the worktop in half with a jig saw and send us a photo of the "Field Destroyed" unit.  We would like a copy of the original sales receipt if available, or the store name where you purchased our product, but these are not required.  To make it easy for you, we will accept online requests with digital photos - just send your e-mail to CustomerService@barreltop1.com.  Once we have your request, we will expedite the refund and you should receive a check within two weeks.
