Food preparation has plenty of trash!  Every kitchen already has trashcans - and who could'nt use an extra table?  The Barreltop can hold a flat of eggs, a bushel of corn, or a case of oranges.  It makes a great center table in the dry storage room or employee break area.  The plastic tray is easy to clean - but you should continue to use your stainless tables and cutting boards for food contact.  Keep it away from the cooktops and ovens - the plastic will melt.  When you go empty the trash - spray it off in the dishwashing room - it stores easily hanging from a hook on the wall - it is only 2" thick!
